Pricing rationale
Indie is accessible to a serious solo operator while preserving free FSL non-competing use. Business is priced as infrastructure rather than a per-seat SaaS tax. Agency reflects recurring client revenue, resale, and branding rights. Enterprise prices OEM scope and procurement cost without pretending one public price fits every deployment. Whop currently caps ordinary recurring card charges at $2,500 for this account, so Agency and Enterprise use shorter recurring periods while retaining the intended annual economics.
The signed Order Form controls if it differs from this schedule. Automated end users are not seats; people who develop, administer, support, or operate the deployment are.
