Use and self-host InfiniBot under FSL-1.1. Buy a commercial license only when you want to offer a competing, hosted, resale, white-label or OEM product before its Change Date.
Launch draft · lawyer review required before sale · owner legal fields still need completion
Internal company use, modifications, self-hosting, evaluation, education and products that do not qualify as a Competing Use remain governed by FSL-1.1. A missing or expired commercial key never disables those rights.
Use, modify and self-host without offering a competing product or service.
Add competing, hosted, resale, white-label and OEM rights for the selected scope.
One product in Whop, one renewing plan per tier. Agency and Enterprise split their annual economics into sub-$2,500 payments. Prices are USD; taxes may apply.

Only if your planned use is a Competing Use that FSL-1.1 does not permit before the Change Date—typically selling InfiniBot, a substantially similar hosted service, or an InfiniBot-based product to others. Internal use, modification and non-competing self-hosting remain free under FSL-1.1.
No. This license grants legal commercial-use rights. It never locks or removes use already permitted by FSL-1.1, and the CLI check is advisory proof rather than a kill switch.
Agency and Enterprise include white-label rights for the licensed product. They do not transfer the InfiniBot trademarks or let you imply endorsement.
A successful annual renewal issues a newly signed key with an extended expiry. There is a 14-day technical grace period after expiry. Cancellation, refund or chargeback revokes the additional commercial grant; your independent FSL rights remain.
Yes. Keys are Ed25519-signed and the public verification key ships with InfiniBot. Offline verification confirms the issuer, scope and time validity. Because offline software cannot learn about a later refund, check online before major deployments and periodically when connected.
Enterprise perpetual rights for a fixed major version start at $49,999 by written quote. Updates, support, SLA and expanded scope are negotiated separately.
