About

Droid Swarm is the Android Social Ops console, inside InfiniBot.

  • Command — the live fleet globe, phone statuses and what needs attention.
  • Devices — enrol handsets with the companion APK or wireless debugging, pin them to the tailnet, watch the live screen and drive a phone from the console.
  • Accounts, Email, Media — import accounts (secrets never enter the database), assign them to phones, business email aliases and the media library.
  • Workflows — guided setup runs, scheduled jobs and provisioning batches.
  • Egress, Tailnet, Servers — one Fly.io exit route per phone, strict public-IP proof and tailnet status.
  • Agents, Events — the MCP surface agents use, and the audit log.

The console is served through the gateway, so it works on your existing HTTPS address. A small phone-facing listener (tailnet IP, port 18889) stays up while the plugin is enabled so enrolled handsets, the companion APK and the setup QR codes keep working.

Nothing runs until you turn the plugin on: no adb, no tailscale, no listener. It needs adb on this machine; tailscale, Fly.io and Cloudflare are optional and each section says so when one is missing.

In practice

What Droid Swarm does for you

Run a rack of Android phones from one console: devices, accounts, workflows and egress routes.

Who it's for. Social media operators who run real accounts on real phones and want one console with human checkpoints.

Learn it step by step: Droid Swarm course on KinglyVault →

How to start

  1. Install adb on the computer running InfiniBot, then enable the plugin.
  2. Enrol a phone with the companion APK or wireless debugging and pin it to your tailnet.
  3. Import an account, bind it to a phone and approve your first post from Content Studio.

What you need

  • Self-hosted InfiniBot (not available on InfiniBot Cloud)
  • One or more Android phones and adb on the host computer
  • Optional: Tailscale, Fly.io and Cloudflare for remote phones and egress

Responsible use

Automating social accounts can break a platform's terms of service and can get accounts restricted or banned. Use your own accounts, respect each platform's rules and limits, and keep a human approval on every post. The course's Platform Rules lesson covers the real risks.
