Yes. Free gives you the full hosted workspace for 30 min/day of active use, on its own small machine (2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM) with 2 parallel agents. Active time is time you are actually using the app, plus agent runs, chat and voice; it resets at your local midnight. When the 30 minutes are used up your workspace pauses until the reset, with everything saved, or you can upgrade on the spot for unlimited time. Telegram and Slack bots aren't included on Free; they come with Starter and up.

BYOK means bring your own key. You connect your own AI provider accounts (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter and others) and they bill you directly for model usage at their price. InfiniBot only charges the flat plan price and never marks up or meters tokens, so there are no surprise AI bills from us.

Starter puts your machine to sleep after 15 minutes without activity, even if you left a tab open, and wakes it in seconds when you click or type again. It never sleeps while an agent, a coder or a job is still working. While it is asleep nothing runs: Telegram, WhatsApp and Slack bots don't answer and scheduled jobs don't fire. Your files, memory and settings stay on its persistent storage. Pro, Business and Scale never sleep.

Every sub-agent run counts from start until it finishes: 4 at once on Starter, 8 at once on Pro, 16 at once on Business, 24 at once on Scale. Coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode or Gemini CLI) also count against a separate, lower cap of 1 on Starter, 2 on Pro, 4 on Business, 12 on Scale, because each one is a full CLI process that uses far more memory than a native agent. At either cap, a new agent is refused with an upgrade prompt, never an extra charge.

Builds and headless verify runs spike memory, so each plan runs a fixed number at once (Starter 1, Pro 1, Business 2, Scale 3) and queues the rest in order. That keeps a busy fleet from running your machine out of memory.

Starter includes about 150 active hours a month, which is roughly five hours every day. Active hours are the time your machine is actually running. If you pass the allowance, nothing is cut off and nothing extra is charged: your workspace keeps working and just goes to sleep sooner when idle (after 5 minutes) until the month resets. If you want your machine on all the time, Pro is always on.

No. Plans are flat with no metered overage, and Starter's fair-use allowance never bills extra. AI usage is billed by your own provider.

Yes, at any time. A plan change is applied to your existing machine the next time you open the app, so you keep the same workspace, files and memory. Upgrading adds CPU, memory, agents and uptime; downgrading lowers the limits.

Yes. Plans are monthly, billed through Whop, and you can cancel whenever you like.

Yes. InfiniBot is open-core under AGPL-3.0, and the self-host edition is free forever on your own hardware, with no plan limits and local models on your own GPU. Hosted Free is the full workspace for 30 min/day, nothing to install.
