Cloud service
You are responsible for your account, connected providers, content, and lawful use. Hosted plans, availability, cancellation, and billing are described at purchase. AI-provider usage is separate and uses your connected credentials.
Affiliate Program
Approved affiliates may use assigned codes, referral links, and eligible plugin storefronts to promote InfiniBot. Unless an individual agreement says otherwise, attribution uses the program window and commission rates shown in the affiliate dashboard at the time of each qualifying payment.
Eligible referrals and attribution
A qualifying referral must be a new, genuine customer attributed through an approved link. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, misleading identities, cookie stuffing, unsolicited bulk messaging, paid-search bidding on InfiniBot trademarks, and attempts to overwrite an existing attribution are prohibited. InfiniBot may reject or suspend fraudulent or abusive activity.
Commissions, reversals, and payouts
Commissions are calculated on revenue actually collected, excluding taxes, credits, and amounts later refunded or charged back. First-payment and recurring eligibility follow the rates, tier, recurring duration, maturity hold, and minimum payout shown in the dashboard. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks reverse the related commission. Payouts are reviewed and sent manually; no automatic money movement is promised. Affiliates are responsible for tax obligations and accurate payout details.
Plugin storefronts
Only marketplace listings whose publisher permits affiliate promotion may appear. Custom purchase destinations must use HTTPS, pass InfiniBot's domain policy, accurately represent the offer, and display the required affiliate disclosure. Publishers may opt out and InfiniBot may disable any destination or listing that is unsafe, deceptive, unavailable, or inconsistent with program rules.
Disclosure and brand use
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission and comply with applicable advertising and endorsement law. InfiniBot names and assets may be used only to identify the promoted product, without implying employment, exclusivity, or guaranteed results.
Changes and termination
InfiniBot may update program settings prospectively, suspend an account while investigating abuse, or end participation. Valid matured commissions remain payable unless they arose from prohibited conduct, fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.
