This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to you, your users and every agent, automation or plugin that runs in your account. “Use” includes anything an agent does for you.
#1. Illegal and harmful content
Do not create, store, send or ask the Service to produce:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content that sexualizes minors. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, and we terminate the account;
- content that is illegal where you or the recipient are located, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual deepfakes of real people;
- content that threatens violence, promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or encourages self-harm;
- harassment, bullying, doxxing or stalking, and hateful content that attacks people based on protected characteristics;
- defamatory content, or deliberately deceptive content meant to cause harm, such as election disinformation or fake reviews.
#2. Security and abuse
Do not:
- create, distribute or deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, botnets or exploit kits. Authorized security research and testing on systems you own or have written permission to test is allowed;
- gain or try to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network or data. This includes credential stuffing, phishing, password cracking and getting around authentication;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission (report vulnerabilities to the contact in the Terms);
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or anyone else’s use of it. That includes denial-of-service attacks, attacks on other tenants’ machines, cryptocurrency mining, and using the hosted machine as an open proxy, VPN exit or relay for abuse;
- get around plan limits, usage metering, daily allowances, rate limits, sandboxing or security controls, or create several accounts to avoid limits or bans.
#3. Spam, scraping and other platforms
Do not use the Service or agents to:
- send spam, or unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, emails, calls or texts without the consent the law requires;
- operate fake accounts, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, artificial engagement, or follower and like farming;
- automate a third-party platform in a way its terms forbid (for example, mass messaging on Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord, or automated posting where it is not allowed), or abuse its APIs or rate limits;
- scrape or crawl websites or services in breach of their terms, robots.txt or technical measures, or collect personal data without a lawful basis;
- share or resell AI-provider subscriptions or accounts in breach of the provider’s terms.
#4. Fraud, finance and impersonation
Do not:
- engage in fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or money laundering;
- manipulate markets, for example through spoofing, layering, wash trading, pump-and-dump schemes, front-running, or spreading false information to move prices;
- break broker, exchange or prop-firm rules;
- trade on material non-public information;
- impersonate any person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or use voice cloning or likeness generation of a real person without that person’s consent;
- present AI-generated content as human-made where the law requires disclosure;
- evade sanctions, or provide services to sanctioned people or places.
#5. High-risk uses
Do not use the Service, without meaningful human review and every approval the law requires, to:
- make or carry out decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, such as decisions about employment, credit, lending, insurance, housing, education, immigration, healthcare or access to essential services;
- give individualized legal, medical, tax or investment advice to others as if it were a professional’s advice.
Do not use the Service to:
- operate or control safety-critical systems, such as medical devices, vehicles, aircraft, weapons, critical infrastructure or emergency services;
- carry out biometric identification, emotion recognition at work or school, social scoring, or any other practice prohibited by applicable AI law (such as the EU AI Act);
- develop biological, chemical, nuclear or radiological weapons, or weapons of mass destruction.
#6. Privacy and data
Do not:
- process personal data through the Service without a lawful basis and the notices it needs;
- upload special-category or highly sensitive data (such as health data, government ID numbers or payment-card data) unless it is necessary and you have the right to do so;
- use the Service to track, profile or monitor people unlawfully.
The Service is not certified for HIPAA or PCI DSS. Do not use it for protected health information or for storing full card numbers unless we agree in writing.
#7. Reporting and enforcement
7.1 Report violations to tharealyoungceo@gmail.com (subject “Abuse Report”). For copyright complaints, use the DMCA process.
7.2 What we may do. If we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP, we may, at our discretion and without liability:
- warn you;
- remove or disable content;
- stop an agent, automation or plugin;
- revoke integrations or keys we issued;
- throttle usage;
- suspend or terminate your account;
- withhold or reverse affiliate commissions or credits;
- report the activity to law enforcement or the affected platform, and cooperate with their investigation.
We may act without notice when the breach is serious, unlawful, or creates a risk for others. Enforcement under this AUP does not entitle you to a refund.
7.3 Investigation. To check compliance and protect the Service, we may investigate possible violations, including by reviewing the relevant logs, metadata and content as allowed by the Privacy Policy. We do not have to monitor content, and we are not responsible for content we do not review.
