This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It covers InfiniBot Cloud subscriptions, credits and other purchases sold by Kingly Intelligence Systems LLC through Whop. Commercial software licenses follow Section 10 of the Commercial License Agreement. Third-party marketplace plugins follow their publisher’s terms.
#1. Automatic renewal and how to cancel
Paid plans are subscriptions. They renew automatically each billing period (monthly unless shown otherwise) at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in:
- your InfiniBot Cloud billing settings, or
- your Whop account (whop.com, then Memberships, then Cancel).
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
#2. When we give refunds
We will refund:
- Duplicate or mistaken charges, such as being charged twice for the same period.
- Charges after cancellation, if you cancelled before the renewal date and were charged anyway.
- Removed features. If we remove a core paid feature and you cancel as a result, we refund prepaid fees for the unused period (Terms, Section 6.3). The same applies if we terminate without cause (Terms, Section 13.3).
- Where the law requires it. For example, statutory withdrawal rights, which apply to the extent they cannot be waived. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you agree that the Service starts at once when you buy. You acknowledge that this means you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once the Service has been fully provided, or a proportionate part of it where the law allows.
#3. What is not refundable
Except as set out in Section 2, or where the law requires otherwise:
- subscription fees are non-refundable;
- partial billing periods are not prorated, including when you cancel or downgrade;
- prepaid credits, voice minutes and usage packs that have been used or have expired are not refundable;
- credits have no cash value.
We do not refund accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. We also do not refund third-party charges, such as fees from AI providers, voice providers or brokers billed by those providers.
#4. How to request a refund
Email tharealyoungceo@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request” within 30 days of the charge. Include:
- your account email;
- the Whop receipt or order ID;
- the reason.
We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We can usually fix billing problems faster. A chargeback filed without first contacting us may pause the account while it is open (see Terms, Section 4.9).
#5. Affiliates
When we issue a refund or a chargeback succeeds, the related affiliate commission is reversed, as described in the Terms, Section 28.
