Plain-English summary

  • InfiniBot runs AI models and agents that act for you. These terms are part of the Terms of Service.
  • AI output can be wrong. Always check it before you rely on it. It is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
  • You decide what agents can do. They work only through the accounts, keys and permissions you give them, and you are responsible for what they do.
  • Trading, payments and other money actions are off until you explicitly turn them on, and they are always at your own risk.
  • AI providers have their own terms, limits and outages. We don't control them.

This summary is for convenience. If it differs from the full text below, the full text controls.

These AI & Agent Terms are part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meanings given there. If the two conflict on AI or agent matters, these AI & Agent Terms control.

#1. What the Service does

InfiniBot is an AI agent platform. Depending on your plan and settings, it can:

  • send your prompts, files and context to AI models;
  • remember information across sessions;
  • run agents that plan and carry out multi-step tasks;
  • use tools, including browsing the web, reading and writing files, running code in your workspace, sending and replying to messages on connected channels, and calling connected apps;
  • run on schedules or in response to triggers, without you watching.

#2. AI output

2.1 Accuracy. AI models predict output. They do not verify facts. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, biased, offensive, or the same as or similar to content belonging to others. It can also sound confident when it is wrong. You must evaluate output, including by human review where appropriate, before you use it, publish it or act on it.

2.2 No professional advice. Output and agent actions are not any of the following, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a qualified professional:

  • legal, financial, investment, trading, tax or accounting advice;
  • medical, mental-health or safety advice.

No fiduciary, advisory or professional relationship is created.

2.3 Ownership of output. As between you and us, and to the extent we hold any rights in it, output generated for you is your Customer Content. Output may not be protectable by copyright, and other users may receive similar output. We make no promise about the intellectual-property status of output.

2.4 Your use of output. You are responsible for making sure your use of output complies with law and with the terms of the model provider that produced it. That includes disclosing AI-generated content where the law or a platform requires it.

#3. Agents and your approvals

3.1 You are in control and responsible. Agents act only through the accounts, keys, tools, plugins and permissions you connect, configure or approve. You are solely responsible for:

  • what you connect and the permissions you grant;
  • reviewing and approving actions when the Service asks for approval;
  • the instructions, schedules and automations you set up;
  • every action an agent takes on your behalf, including messages it sends, posts it publishes, files it changes, code it runs, purchases or transactions it starts, and data it shares.

Actions an agent takes within the permissions you granted are treated as your actions.

3.2 Unexpected actions. Agents can misread instructions, be manipulated by content they read (for example a “prompt injection” in a web page, email or file), or take actions you did not expect. Use the least access an agent needs. Turn on approvals for sensitive actions. Watch scheduled agents. Revoke access you no longer need. We are not liable for actions an agent takes within the permissions you granted.

3.3 High-risk uses need human oversight. Do not use agents to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without meaningful human review. That includes decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare or access to essential services. Do not use them to operate safety-critical systems. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

3.4 Messages to other people. If an agent contacts other people for you, you are responsible for complying with communications, privacy, consumer-protection and anti-spam laws (for example TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy), including getting any required consent, and with each platform’s rules.

#4. Trading, payments and wallets

4.1 Off by default. Trading, order placement, copy trading, wallet transactions and other financial actions are available only when you explicitly opt in. For example, you connect a broker or wallet and turn on live trading or “armed” signal execution. Paper or demo modes are not live trading.

4.2 Your risk alone. TRADING FOREX, FUTURES, CFDS, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, STOCKS AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS IS HIGH RISK, AND YOU CAN LOSE MORE THAN YOU INVEST. PAST OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE DOES NOT PREDICT FUTURE RESULTS. All of the following can cause losses: signals, alerts, copy-trading, automated execution, delays, slippage, partial fills, connectivity failures, broker or exchange outages, wrong symbols or sizes, and software errors. You alone are responsible for every order and transaction placed through your accounts, and for following your broker’s rules, prop-firm rules and the law.

4.3 Not a broker or adviser. The Company is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, money transmitter or custodian. We do not hold your funds or execute trades on our own account. Signals and trading content come from you or from third parties. We do not recommend any trade.

4.4 Wallets and keys. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you store or use wallet keys in the Service, you are responsible for securing them, for any transaction they sign, and for gas and network fees. We cannot reverse or recover a transaction.

#5. Model and service providers

5.1 Their terms apply. The Service uses third-party AI providers that you choose. These include providers reached through your own API keys, your existing subscription sign-ins (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini accounts), hosted providers we make available, and local models on your hardware. When you use a provider, that provider’s terms of use, usage policies and privacy terms apply. You are responsible for following them, including any rule on automated or third-party use of a personal subscription.

5.2 Data sent to providers. To answer a request, we send your prompts, the relevant context, files and tool results to the provider you selected. How the provider stores your data, logs it, or uses it for training is governed by its terms and your settings with it. Business and API plans usually differ from consumer plans. Check them.

5.3 Limits and outages. Providers impose rate limits and quotas. They change and retire models, and they have outages. Any of these can slow, change or stop the Service, and none of them is a breach of the Agreement by us. We may fail over to another model or provider you have configured, or pause a task.

#6. Training and improvement

We do not use your Customer Content to train or fine-tune AI models unless you opt in with the account setting described in the Privacy Policy. We may use Usage Data and Aggregated Data as described in Section 7.4 of the Terms.

#7. Safety systems

We may use automated and human review to detect abuse, security threats and violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. We may also block, filter or refuse to run requests or actions that appear unlawful or harmful. These systems are imperfect, and you must not rely on them to prevent harm.
